DESIGN AND BUDGETING - 6 to 8 Weeks
Week 1 to 2 - Request a quote
Send us your drawings and we will aim to get a quote back to you within two weeks. If you need an architect, let us know and we can recommend someone.
When you're ready our payments are split into three stages. The first one due before we start our drawings and securing materials.
Weeks 3 to 6 - Book in the build with us
If you're not ready to commit to dates, or you're still finalising the design details, you can book in a slot for a small deposit. This allows you time to get everything just right whilst having the peace of mind you are booked in and keeping your program on track.
DRAWINGS, MANUFACTURE AND GROUNDWORKS - 8 Weeks
Weeks 7 to 10 - Timber frame drawings
Before we make anything we will send you a set of layout and section drawings for you to look over and approve.
Weeks 11 to 14 - Manufacture and groundworks
Next we can start the manufacture of your frame. During this time work can start on-site preparing the base. Whether you are doing your own groundworks, or we are doing them for you, we will produce setting out drawings to ensure everything fits perfectly.
DELIVERY AND INSTALL - 5 Weeks
Week 15 - Delivery
After a pre-start site meeting, we will arrange a time to deliver your frame.
The second payment will be due on delivery of your frame to site.
Weeks 16 to 20 - Install and handover, the exciting part!
All the hard work comes together in just a few weeks! Typically your frame is ready for a roof covering and follow on trades in just three weeks.
Once complete we will go through a checklist with you to make sure the job has been done correctly and talk to you about any follow on works.
The final payment will be due once the project has been signed over.
